
Driver Verification: All renters must be 25 or older and pass an ID verification process.
Insurance Coverage: We offer several different insurance packages including a stationary option for trailers we deliver.
Towing: Renters planning on towing themselves must ensure that they have a suitable tow vehicle equipped with the proper safety packages to tow large RVs. In order to verify and approve a tow vehicle an insurance binder must be provided which covers the tow vehicle.
General Rules:
Violating these rules may result in loss of security deposit:
- No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the trailer
- Do not flush anything except RV toilet paper and human waste
- Do not put food waste down the sink drain
- Do not hang anything off the awning arms
- Do not adjust stabilizer jacks, tongue jack, levelers, or chocks without permission
- Do not adjust water/power/septic connections without permission
- Do not bring slide in without permission
- 200 lbs max on bunk beds
- Awning must be retracted overnight, in strong winds, or when leaving the campsite unattended
- Open bathroom roof vent and turn on the fan when showering
- Open kitchen roof vent and turn on the fan when cooking inside
- Pull blinds up and down with two hands evenly on the bottom rail
- There will be a brief orientation tour after setup where we will go over basic operation. Please make sure to ask questions if anything is unclear, we are here to help and want to make sure your stay is stress free!
Cleaning:
Must be complete prior to pickup to avoid cleaning fee:
- Dishes clean and put away
- Wipe counters and table
- Clean any debris out of shower
- Clean around the toilet and toilet bowl
- Take all food out of trailer
- Empty garbage and recycling
- Leave mattress protector sheets on the beds
Right to Reserve Rental Services:
At Northwest RV Rentals, the safety of our customers, the protection of our fleet, and the integrity of our business are our highest priorities. As such, we reserve the right to refuse rental services to any individual or party at our sole discretion.
A reservation or rental may be declined or canceled for reasons including, but not limited to, the following:

Failure to Provide Valid Identification
All renters must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a valid driver’s license. Any falsified, altered, or unverifiable documentation will result in immediate denial of service. -
Inability to Verify Identity or Driving Credentials
We may conduct verification checks as part of our approval process. If we are unable to confirm the identity, driving record, or other relevant qualifications of a prospective renter, Northwest RV Rentals may deny the reservation. -
Safety Concerns or Suspicious Behavior
If there is reasonable cause to believe that the rental unit will be operated in an unsafe, unlawful, or negligent manner, the rental will be refused. This includes—but is not limited to—intoxication, aggressive behavior, lack of required driving experience, or verbal indications of unsafe travel plans. -
History of Violations or Damage
Any record of past damage to rented vehicles, breach of rental agreements, unresolved disputes, or violations of our policies may disqualify a renter from future service. -
General Inability to Establish Trust
Northwest RV Rentals maintains the right to refuse service when, based on interactions or available information, we believe the renter presents a risk to our property, personnel, or business operations. This includes dishonesty, evasiveness, or other conduct that raises substantial doubt about the renter’s reliability.
These policies exist to protect all parties involved and is applied without discrimination. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we strive to ensure a safe and professional rental experience for everyone.
